Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production lines
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement countermeasures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in validation processes and manage production documentation
- Master's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Automatics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing industry (process engineer or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems
- Fluent English and Polish language skills
