Join Radiometer's Engineering Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer Specialist to join our team at Radiometer Solutions Sp. Z o.o. Stargard. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of subcomponents and manage production documentation.
  • Lead validation processes and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the production department to implement new products and processes.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in production engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing industry, preferably as a process engineer.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent English language skills.
