Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily treasury bank reconciliation and ensuring that Group cash availability is optimized while minimizing idle cash.

  • Manage daily treasury bank reconciliation (actual vs forecast) and define appropriate actions on unreconciled items
  • Optimize daily cash position to ensure minimal idle cash and maximum liquidity
  • Develop and manage the local liquidity structure (automated local cash pooling)
  • Monitor and analyze current account positions to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee technical feasibility (funding, cut-off, bank) and execute payment instructions (mass payments, treasury)
  • Monitor payment processing until completion to ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • Establish, analyze, and justify the 90 days rolling cash forecast to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and execute end-of-month local cash pooling interest calculation to optimize returns
  • Perform bank fee and bank interest calculation control and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Manage local cash pooling contracts and evolutions (new entity, new accounts) to maintain efficient operations
  • Challenge and manage opening/closing of bank accounts and follow-up their setup in systems to ensure seamless integration
  • Pilot the optimization of cash management processes (continuous improvement/automation) to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in Cash Management projects (cash pooling, connectivity...) to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Identify potential improvements for cash management business partners to enhance collaboration and communication
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in an SSC/GBS/CoE
  • Knowledge of market TMS is necessary; Kyriba will be an advantage
  • Excel standard knowledge (vlookup, pivot tables)
  • English and Polish language skills at least at B2 level; additional languages may be an asset
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt
