About the Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled OTC Operations Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Order to Cash team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and escalations of OTC activities within shared services for multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the overall health of Accounts Receivable and Cash balances, including follow-up on overdue invoices to ensure timely cash collection and customer account reconciliation.
  • Lead weekly/ad-hoc calls with BPO, supporting them with account reconciliations and escalating unresolved disputes.
  • Monitor BPO in all collection, invoicing, and reporting activities under their scope, reviewing and providing feedback and improvements on desktop procedures.
  • Review invoice aging reports and other relevant reports.
  • Contribute to the overall cash flow forecasting process, assisting with cash flow timing information.
  • Release sales orders and validate pricing when required.
  • Approve credit limits and yearly credit limit reviews.
  • Approve Credit notes in SAP.

Requirements

  • BA/BS and equivalent work experience 2-3 years in Accounts Receivables field required.
  • Experience with invoice collections and dispute management required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required and ability to learn/utilize various systems and applications.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience in conducting/leading meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, taking ownership in planning and actions.
  • Working experience in a large international company.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work under a deadline and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills, Italian language can be an asset.
