The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our operations in Warsaw. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in this key city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a small central team (2-3 persons) and a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
  • Secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
  • Drive creative sales and marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform
  • Oversee a schedule of games to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
