Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the order to cash process.

  • Review and approve customer master data, invoices, and cash applications.

  • Conduct periodic audits of order to cash procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Analyze and reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to order to cash activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to order to cash activities.

  • Provide guidance and training to junior and mid-level staff.

  • Communicate with the team regarding the status of order to cash activities and any issues or concerns.

  • Provide process improvement initiatives to streamline order to cash procedures and increase efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to the order to cash process.

Your Profile

  • University education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance, Economy.

  • Interest in gaining work experience in the field of accounting/finance.

  • Previous internship in the area of SSC/BPO.

  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written).

  • MS Excel knowledge is a plus.

  • Willigness to learn SAP and finance and accounting processes.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Team player able to work in a cross-cultural environment.

  • Attention to details & focus on Customer experience.

  • Proactiveness.
