About Our Team

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our invoice to cash operations, driving growth and excellence in our Global Business Services Hub in Wroclaw. As the Director, Head of Invoice to Cash Operations, you will oversee the entire process from start to finish, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating and approving customer creditworthiness, developing and implementing effective collection strategies, and analyzing financial data to optimize cash flow. You will also lead a team of approximately 20 experts in cash collections, credit management, and dispute resolution, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow professionally.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in credit management and collections, including dispute management.
  • Proven leadership experience; experience in a global business services environment is considered a plus.
  • Experience in supply chain management (Order to Cash) is considered a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including conflict management in matrix- and cross-cultural settings.
  • Knowledge of credit risk assessment and debt collection best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with familiarity in ERP and accounting software (SAP, Financial Supply Chain Management).
