About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our Indirect Procurement function. As a key member of the IP Strategy & Programs team, you will be responsible for supporting the Procurement to Pay (P2P) system, processes, tools, enhancements, and expansions.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing spend, applying sourcing and indirect procurement methodologies and tools, and driving preferred supplier utilization, procurement policy compliance, and catalogue and content strategies within Coupa's procurement solution.

You will also support Coupa procurement and supplier process optimization and continuous improvement, liaise with stakeholders for IP Coupa operations support, provide end-user and supplier support and training, and establish subject matter expertise within Coupa, the Sourcing Optimization Module, and related tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IP category teams and leaders with Coupa RFx and analytics support to enable functional KPI achievement.
  • Develop reports, analyze spend, and apply sourcing and indirect procurement methodologies and tools to drive preferred supplier utilization, procurement policy compliance, and catalogue and content strategies within Coupa's procurement solution.
  • Support Coupa procurement and supplier process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for IP Coupa operations support.
  • Provide end-user and supplier support and training.
  • Establish subject matter expertise within Coupa, the Sourcing Optimization Module, and related tools and processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of transportation field required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, indirect or direct purchasing organization, or supporting functions required.
  • 2 years experience in procurement systems and data-based sourcing tools (Coupa Sourcing Optimization, JAGGAER, Ariba, SAP, etc) required.
  • 2 years data analytics, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SQL/coding experience, preferred.
