About the role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, Scrum methodology, and SAFe principles. As an Agile Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of project status, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, and SAFe methodology.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 15+ people.
  • Proven ability to manage backlogs, release planning, and risk management.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high number of meetings and stakeholder interactions.
  • Strong facilitation skills for moderating meetings and ensuring team alignment.
  • Ability to drive improvements in Agile processes and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Strong documentation skills (Jira, Confluence) and a structured approach to tracking work.
