Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for Direct Sourcing & Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Interviews, Full Recruitment Lifecycle, Collaboration, Problem-Solving, Process Improvement, and Reporting. They will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their market knowledge to identify and engage top talent, assess candidates' technical and cultural fit, and manage recruitment from initial contact to offer negotiation and hiring.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, strong direct sourcing and market knowledge in the financial and professional services sectors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
