Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies for IT services and solutions dedicated to the banking and insurance sectors.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the banking, insurance, and fintech industries.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract finalization.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and management teams to tailor offerings to the needs of the financial market.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze client needs, identify new opportunities, and monitor market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales of IT solutions for the financial sector.
  • Financial Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the financial market and technological needs of financial institutions.
  • Larger Client Acquisition: Experience in acquiring large clients in the financial sector, conducting negotiations, and managing sales projects.
  • Executive Level Communication: Ability to build relationships at the executive level and work with key clients.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Technological Familiarity: Familiarity with modern technologies and IT solutions, including banking systems, cloud services, and IT security.
  • Languages: Very good command of English.
