Job Overview:

The ESE Center of Excellence Senior Business Analyst is a pivotal role within the GBS organization, responsible for supporting the end-to-end process within the External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) tool from submission to closure. This individual will provide operational guidance and administrative support to ensure timely execution of external stakeholder engagements.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Engagement Owners (EO) with the ESE tool
  • Provides operational guidance and administrative support
  • Maintains electronic records and follows up on outstanding items
  • Resolves problems in straightforward situations
  • Seeks guidelines and direction from more senior roles in non-standard situations

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams
