About The Role

  • Supporting fashion industry B2B clients in key markets across Europe, building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual understanding
  • Managing orders in SAP (input/approval, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes), tracking deliveries for Partner Accounts, and supporting special processes for Key Accounts
  • Assisting clients with after-sales requests, including missing stock, lost parcels, and warranties
  • Providing exceptional service and adopting a solution-oriented approach while effectively collaborating with other departments to address client needs, special requests, and strategies
  • Contributing to process optimization, managing returns, and ensuring accurate daily data input across all systems
