We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the transformation of our payroll processes globally. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on our organization.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing payroll systems implementation, preferably in a global organization. They will be responsible for driving the creation of detailed work plans, monitoring project task execution, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Additionally, they will manage issues and risk tracking, control scope, quality, budget, and regularly communicate progress to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI or Prince2, and experience working with payroll and time tracking systems. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams, departments, and stakeholders.
