Responsibilities- Monitor customer accounts and detect overdue payments, collect and analyze data for a selected payment/debt history, and reach out to customers to discuss their debts.
- Own the Customer Ledger and ensure it remains clear and meets collection targets.
- Act as a Business Partner to OpCos (e.g., Cash/Pre-Legal Collectors, Sales, Customer Service) to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections.
- Work collaboratively with other HGSS teams (Front and Back Office teams) to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and adherence to standards.
- Manage customer relationship accounts and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers, identify held orders, take appropriate actions to resolve them, and manage the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy.
- Support and contribute to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS, and in line with HEINEKEN's standards.
- Regularly update the Team Leader about developments and progress of collections opportunities and issues.
- Drive personal development in Finance-specific skills and business knowledge by implementing a development plan.
- Ensure process controls, policies, and compliance are adhered to and suggest improvements as appropriate.
