This high-profile role is designed to spearhead post-merger integration across our client's extensive business operations, driving synergy realization, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

• Develop a detailed integration roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for seamless post-merger integration.
• Identify opportunities for synergies and operational enhancements, working closely with senior stakeholders to align integration objectives with overall corporate strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and adherence to financial targets.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Corporate Strategy, or Integration Management.
• Proven track record of managing integration projects, preferably in a corporate setting or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
• Experience working across various functions (finance, HR, IT, operations) and industries during M&A transactions.
