Effective Collaboration and Communication

We prioritize clear and empathetic communication with customers to understand their needs and provide precise guidance.

Additionally, we use diagnostic tools and analysis techniques to proactively identify and address potential integration issues.

Our hybrid work model allows for high autonomy, but sometimes it's beneficial to meet in person for brainstorming sessions.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Guide and support customers through the integration process, ensuring seamless and efficient setup
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during and after the integration process
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing timely and effective responses to queries and concerns
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and technical guides to assist customers in understanding and utilizing our solution
  • Monitor system performance and customer integrations, proactively identifying potential issues and ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a superior customer experience
We're Looking for Someone With:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support to corporate clients
  • Proficiency in connecting to and interacting with APIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills with a compassionate approach
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language
  • Experience in writing and understanding technical documentation
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SQL or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with Go or Python Basic knowledge of blockchain-related topics
  • Basic understanding of Git
  • Experience with the payments ecosystem, including card payments, open banking, and other methods
