About the Role:


We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Opera Software. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor daily revenue to ensure alignment with business unit targets
  • Develop revenue forecasting models for reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Analyze revenue from key partners and promptly address any anomalies
  • Conduct business analysis specific to competitor markets
  • Evaluate current procedures and propose improvements as needed
  • Review and analyze performance tests conducted with key partners


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional team environments, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or finance sectors, collaborating with sales, business development, or marketing teams
  • Understanding of unit economics
  • Proficiency in advanced features of Google Spreadsheets or MS Excel (e.g., pivots, lookups, macros)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using preprocessed data
  • Familiarity with AB testing methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Fluent in English
