Job Title: Group Management Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Management Accounting Specialist to join our team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
