Job Title: Training Manager

About Us:

  • Grid Dynamics Poland Sp. z o.o. is a dynamic and innovative company that continues to grow and expand its operations.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team and focus on Soft Skills and Leadership training programs.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is 80,000 - 110,000 PLN, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Review existing soft skills and leadership training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
  • Identify problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
  • Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions (in person and online).
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
  • Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Our Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Ability to moderate large groups.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related area required.
  • At least three years of experience in the training area is required.
