Job Description:

As a Trainer with French, you will be responsible for implementing and recording coaching sessions, supervising coaching groups, and updating training materials. You will also coordinate with stakeholders and follow standards and specifications. Additionally, you will need to have strong language skills in French, German, and English, as well as experience in the field of training and project management. If you are a skilled trainer with a knack for sales and leadership, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and recording of coaching sessions
  • Supervision of the coaching group
  • Updating and supplementing analog and digital training materials
  • Coordination of all training-related points with the relevant stakeholders
  • Pre- and post-processing of training courses
  • Following the standards and specifications of the supervisor
  • Continuous, independent updating of specialist knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of training
  • German or French C1 is a must
  • English B2-C1
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn
  • Knack for sales
  • Basic project management skills
  • Leadership experience or subject matter expert is an advantage
  • Availability for travel (4 weeks training in Switzerland)
