Customer Care Professional

Majorel Poland Global is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Professional to join our team as an SME Services Specialist. In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve technical issues related to Nets Card Terminals and Acquirer agreements
- Perform administrative tasks, such as updating company information and changing bank account details
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
