Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve technical issues related to Nets Card Terminals and Acquirer agreements
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as updating company information and changing bank account details
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
