Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at TE Connectivity, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for interacting with customers and company representatives to provide exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions, including taking and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with customers through TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
  • Process orders and schedules in the SAP system, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about TE's products or services, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote and sell TE's products or services, driving business growth and revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [€45,000 - €55,000] annual salary (including performance-based bonuses) depending on experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and German (at least C1 level).
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a global context.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office package, Salesforce.com, and supply chain or logistics principles.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
