Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via company platforms and products.
  • Engage with clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, online chat, and social media.
  • Resolve client issues in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor and audit client profiles for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level) for both written and oral communication.
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle complaints effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
