Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via company platforms and products.
- Engage with clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, online chat, and social media.
- Resolve client issues in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor and audit client profiles for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (C1 level) for both written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle complaints effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
