Main Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Specialist at Revvity, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via various channels, processing orders in customer service systems, and providing administrative support. You will also be responsible for handling complaints, billing inquiries, and general administration tasks. Additionally, you will actively participate in the ongoing assessment of customer support processes and incorporate approved improvements. You will provide ad-hoc support to internal and external stakeholders and be able to identify the cause of customer issues and pursue resolution with a sense of urgency and commitment to customers. You will also develop preventive actions to avoid issues in the future.

Requirements:

Fluent in English at least CEFR C1 level. Fluent in one of the following service languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch. Understanding of the culture of the serviced region. Previous experience in customer services is preferred.
