As a Customer Service Representative at Antal Sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our platforms and products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, online chat, and social media.
  • Solving customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and auditing client profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional languages, such as Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly valued but not required.
