Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Danish)

About the Role:
Capita is seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team in Krakow. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:
  • C2 proficiency in Danish and C1 proficiency in English.
  • Proactive and empathetic approach, able to support premium clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
