Job Title: Business Product Manager - Customer Experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Product Manager to lead our initiatives in improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the merchant experience within the Allegro Delivery (Carrier Management) area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and oversee strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and merchant experience
  • Lead the implementation of projects as the responsible leader/business owner for selected building blocks or areas
  • Meet with internal and external partners to understand needs and provide unique value proposition for the service
  • Negotiate business contracts and lead new partnerships
  • Create vision and product requirements in collaboration with Technology, Marketing, Commercialization, and Carrier Management teams
  • Work closely with Technology team to plan and execute development roadmap for assigned area or process
  • Cooperate with analytics team to develop metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on performance with specific KPIs

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in building successful customer-facing products/solutions or managing related projects
  • Experience in building and managing project scope and roadmap
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and working with external companies
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
  • Able to build comprehensive recommendations for C-level management
  • Not afraid of volume or financial analysis and know analytical tools (Tableau, Data Studio)
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with logical and methodical approach in analyzing complex issues and data effectively
  • Well-organized and able to set right priorities to achieve high-quality outputs
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and ready to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging project-based culture
  • Able to motivate others and explain sophisticated ideas clearly, gain respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to respect different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • Work effectively in English (desired C1)
