Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend services using a state-of-the-art Microsoft Azure cloud-based tech stack
  • Follow clean architecture principles and implement appropriate patterns (e.g., CQRS)
  • Take care of code quality, participate in peer programming, and code reviews
  • Cover different areas of backend technology, including infrastructure and code components (REST-based API controllers, house-keeping services, CI/CD pipelines, data access, and database design)
  • Work in an Agile team, participate in corresponding meetings (daily, refinement, planning & review, retrospective)
  • Present features developed to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in developing backend services with C#/.NET (.NET Core preferred)
  • Experience with Azure Services, including Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos, Azure Event Grid
  • Experience with applying design patterns (CQRS) and supporting libraries (MediatR)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps, YAML-based CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to grow on challenges in a demanding environment
  • Strong communication skills, high degree of customer orientation
  • Active member of an agile, cross-functional team developing cool software

Nice to Have:

  • Background in TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS, Docker
  • Knowledge of German
