We are seeking a skilled HR Administration Specialist with German language proficiency to join our Bruker Business Support Center (BSC) in Warsaw, Poland. The BSC provides a range of business services, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Customer Services, for Bruker Corporation in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas regions.

The successful candidate will possess advanced administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads, demonstrate a customer-oriented approach, and maintain high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level support for employee and manager inquiries
  • Administering employee data throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Managing time-off requests and absences
  • Preparing employee documents and supporting the hiring process
  • Coordinating with external service providers and maintaining benefits administration
  • Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining electronic and hard-copy documents according to local laws
  • Preparing reports and documents related to personnel activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills (German C1 level; English B2 level)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR service processes and HRIS tools
