Job Description
As a Senior Practitioner within our Safeguarding Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network, and partner agencies. You will work on cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings, and contribute to team management by deputizing for team leaders and supervising the work of ASYE or students. Furthermore, you will ensure that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording. Through active participation in reflective supervision and group supervision, you will continuously improve your practice and that of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant Social Work qualification, have completed an ASYE program, and maintain active registration with Social Work England. These qualifications demonstrate your commitment to providing exceptional social care services and your ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
