Job Summary

As a key member of the Publicis Re:Sources Global team, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Business Analyst - Financial Solutions to join our organization. This role will be responsible for providing systems support for Altair EcoSystem, a bespoke SAP platform, as well as other ERPs, to prestigious Groupe brands and their shared service centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and experience with SAP, Excel, and Word. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving financial or system queries, liaising with offshore teams, and coordinating with various teams for issue resolutions meetings. The ideal candidate will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and resolving financial or system queries for Altair EcoSystem users.
  • Liaising with offshore teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinating with various teams for regular issue resolutions meetings.
  • Liaising with key users to identify and understand critical requirements and enhancements.
  • Setting up new users and confidential information within Altair, including security administration and maintaining user groups.
  • Supporting relevant teams during implementation of new company structures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Supporting agencies during user acceptance testing and training.
  • Participating in various projects as part of the Groupe's Application Program Strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong finance background.
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with providing systems support to large numbers of users or agencies.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
