Job Description: As a Junior Business Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting traders and the board member of the company. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing internal business operations, as well as providing support for trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage workflow, document flow, and financial operations.
  • Participate in managing meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage high volumes of emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate bookings for internal/external meetings and video conferences across multiple locations.
  • Assist with expense management, invoice processing, and other ad hoc tasks.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal assistant/office manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
