Job Title: Manual Tester - Quality Assurance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team at Sanoma. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for working with the development team in a Scrum methodology on manual testing, primarily focusing on Lexia Provia and webpages, as well as the Skolon adapter - back end component. This requires both backend and frontend testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test software based on defined test scenarios.
  • Report errors and monitor the repair process.
  • Analyze the test results and report on the process.
  • Create, maintain, and document test cases.
  • Test end-to-end flows and coordinate end-to-end testing.
  • Work closely with the team in terms of standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a QA Engineer role.
  • Experience in working with Postman, TestRail, Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira), and Dev tools.
  • API testing experience.
  • Writing and preparing test plans.
  • Writing and executing test cases and scenarios.
  • End-to-end testing.
  • Acceptance testing.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Very good verbal and written communication in English (minimum B2+/C1 level).
  • Understanding and experience working in an Agile/SCRUM team.
  • Knowledge of automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), SQL, REST will be considered as a plus.
  • Nice-to-have experience with Bitbucket and GitHub.
