At Promise Group, we are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual test cases based on functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to ensure stability and security.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify that changes do not affect existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintain test cases, report results, and ensure artifacts are accessible to the team.
  • Participate in customer meetings and support acceptance testing when required.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing.
  • Experience with functional and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Proficiency with defect tracking tools (e.g., DevOps, JIRA).
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Cypress or Selenium WebDriver is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills.
