In this role, you will:
- Conduct various activities that support the development and execution of a cohesive program strategy aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Assist in the definition of program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success; ensure alignment with organizational growth and development plans as well as applicable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Vision:
- Drive timely and impactful outcomes by bringing together disparate teams across different levels and disciplines within the organization.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Project & Program Leadership:
- Serve as the primary project analyst for one or multiple projects/programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including regulatory, compliance, commercial, technology, and operations.
Governance & Risk Management:
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed.
