Lyreco is seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Ecommerce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Google Analytics setup and configuration, designing measurement plans, and implementing events using Google Tag Manager.
You will also play a key role in coordinating between teams to ensure that tracking implementation aligns with business objectives and manage GTM & GA accounts.
Additionally, you will provide support to Google Analytics end-users, perform full analysis cycles, and present conclusions and recommendations to business partners.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working as an eCommerce data analyst or in a similar role.
- Graduate of Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce platform development process and how it integrates with tracking systems.
- Familiarity with how eCommerce platforms are structured and how product data, user actions, and transactions are handled.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of BigQuery (advanced), SQL, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with developing dashboards in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Experience with Hotjar, Clarity, or equivalent.
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and various levels of employees.
- Structured yet agile approach – with knowledge of the Scrum agile methodology.
- Business acumen and strategic understanding.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail (project management experience is a plus).
- A team player able to build relationships.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
