About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Insights Lead to join our team in Lyreco Switzerland AG. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth.

The person in this role will apply advanced analytics techniques to understand customer behavior, identify business opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth;
  • Applies advanced analytics techniques to understand customer behavior, identify business opportunities, and develop actionable insights;
  • Coordinates between teams (marketing, developers, data engineers) to ensure that the tracking implementation aligns with business objectives;
  • Manages GTM & GA accounts and supports Google Analytics end users;
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the eCommerce platform development process and how it integrates with tracking systems;
  • Ensures that the tracking implementation is accurate and reliable, and resolves any technical issues that may arise;
  • Provides training and development opportunities to less experienced team members;
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working as an eCommerce data analyst or in a similar role;
  • High level of expertise in Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools;
  • Graduate of Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or related discipline;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Working knowledge of BigQuery (advanced), SQL, and Excel;
  • Hands-on experience with developing dashboards in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI);
  • Experience with Hotjar, Clarity (or equivalent);
  • Business acumen and strategic understanding;
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
