Job Description
As a Transformation Project Lead Finance, you will lead complex transformation projects, driving business value through process improvements and technological advancements.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Collaborating with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Analyzing and documenting existing processes, identifying areas for optimization and recommending solutions
• Developing and implementing training programs to ensure seamless transition of new processes
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation or process improvement
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions (e.g., ERP systems)
