About the Role
As a Finance Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams in achieving their business goals through transformative change.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Process Improvement Consultant Senior. You will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing changes that drive business value.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering transformational projects, with a strong focus on finance processes. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design and implementation of finance transformation projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Analyze and document existing processes, identifying areas for optimization and recommending solutions
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure seamless transition of new processes
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in finance transformation or process improvement
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions (e.g., ERP systems)
