We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business analysis for IT implementation projects with large, complex systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering high-level requirements, analyzing regulations, and defining project scope. They will also support Proof of Concept (if needed) with the Project Manager/Product Owner, collect and analyze processes, procedures, and historical information, and identify and propose optimal IT system solutions in collaboration with IT architects.

Our Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects within the banking, finance, telco, or energy sectors
  • Proven track record in business analysis for IT implementation projects with large, complex systems
  • Ability to create BPM diagrams for AS-IS and TO-BE processes
  • Capability to translate business requirements into User Stories in Jira
  • Facilitate workshops with business units across the company
