About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Warsaw. As a Procurement Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, supporting the EMEA Procurement team in daily activities and contributing to current projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team in various tasks and projects
  • Work with SAP ERP and Ariba systems
  • Gain exposure to procurement operations processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team
  • Communicate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Participate in project meetings

Requirements

  • Student of Economics, Logistics, or related field
  • Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Very good command of English, with additional language capabilities a plus
  • Self-motivated and available for a temporary internship
