About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager Lead to join our Messaging Operations team at Antal Sp. z o.o. in Kraków.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the 3rd party engagement process, ensuring seamless interactions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage resource-related activities, including role allocation, status reporting, and key metrics tracking.
  • Support cloud-related activities from a Business Management perspective, guaranteeing effective resource utilization and alignment with demand.
  • Investigate workforce-related queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the central Workforce Management and Finance Teams to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational, workforce, planning, or financial management roles, with a strong understanding of governance principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for various stakeholder levels.
  • Familiarity with the 3rd party engagement process and IT financial concepts (CTB/RTB, direct costs vs charges).
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to metrics, and the capacity to balance detailed and big-picture views.
  • Experience working globally across time zones, geographies, and with remote teams.
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between 140PLN/hour and 150PLN/hour, depending on experience. The hybrid work arrangement involves spending twice as much time in the Krakow office and three days remotely.
