Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • Lead the team to meet performance targets aligned to programme objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of managerial leadership experience in change management, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
