This is where you come in - as a seasoned IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a series of Epics (also known as projects) within our Group Business Solutions (GBS) division.

Role Overview

Your role will involve ensuring timely delivery of the Epic scope, integrating individual squad contributions into a globally consistent plan, and providing regular status reports to Tribe Management and partners.

  • Develop and manage Epic plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks/issues, and dependencies with other initiatives.
  • Manage virtual teams across divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, as well as customers, providing advice, guidance, and options regarding IT investments.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the risk, issue, and change control processes for assigned Epics, building action plans to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and track action items.

  • Control and monitor the progress of Epics, reporting to Tribe Management and the Sponsorship Committee.
  • Manage Epics in accordance with Euroclear's internal standards (methodology & tools) and Agile Operating model.

  • Relevant experience in a project management role.
  • Strong leadership skills to adapt your style according to the situation and different stakeholders.
  • Good business and technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, from staff members to senior management.
