Your Role in Our Team
">As a Senior IT Project Manager within our Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division, you will contribute to our competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
">You will lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet expectations regarding quality, budget, and timeline. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating contributions from various teams into a globally consistent plan.
">Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, forecasts, resource requirements, costs, dependencies, risks, and their mitigations.">
- Talent Management: Manage virtual teams across divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers.">
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and customers.">
- Risk and Issue Management: Define project governance, supervise progress and quality, and lead risk, issue, and change control processes.">
- Reporting and Control: Provide regular status reports to senior management and track action items.">
- Methodology and Tools: Manage projects according to internal standards and our Agile Operating Model.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Agile Expertise: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role with mastery of Agile methodology.">
- Strong Leadership: Effective leadership skills to adapt your style according to the situation and different stakeholders.">
- Technical and Business Acumen: Good technical and business understanding.">
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills at all levels, from staff members to senior management.">
- Negotiation and Influencing Skills: Strong negotiation skills, conflict management, and influencing skills at different levels of management.">
- Continuous Learning: The ability to learn quickly in a complex environment and synthesize situations.">
- Assets: Certification in PRINCE2 and/or PMI (or similar IT frameworks) and Agile Certified Practitioner.">
