The eCommerce & Digital team at Coloplast Business Centre is building and running digital offerings that provide value to our consumers and healthcare professionals across various departments and countries. We work on a global scale, incorporating local elements into our webshops, marketing sites, mobile apps, and tools for end-users, aligning with our digital strategy.

About the Job

">

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead the development and maintenance of web frontends for our CMS/Commerce websites. This individual will be instrumental in delivering impactful digital services for Coloplast customers worldwide. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure features are globally applicable and technically ready for development.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • ">
  • Leading frontend-related development efforts in support of Coloplast's digital roadmap for customers on our CMS & eCommerce platforms.">
  • Serving as a technical director for frontend development in collaboration with other development leads.">
  • Delivering high-quality working code.">
  • Leveraging expertise to lead major refactorings when necessary.">
  • Mentoring and leading other frontend developers to ensure the quality of delivered solutions aligns with program guidelines for frontend development.">
  • Ensuring the platform is optimized for seamless user experiences while maintaining SEO and accessibility friendliness.">
  • Collaborating with backend developers to ensure cohesion between frontend and backend systems.">
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and mitigating production issues.">
  • Ensuring the highest standard of quality in delivered features.">
  • Co-owning our Design System and its components, ensuring corporate branding guidelines are adhered to and reusable building blocks are developed.">

Requirements

">

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

">
  • ">
  • Able to lead frontend development efforts for our CMS & Commerce websites.">
  • At least 7 years of general frontend development experience with TypeScript/Javascript, CSS, and HTML using a frontend framework.">
  • 3+ years of VueJS experience.">
  • Able to handle and maintain an overview of large and complex codebases.">
  • A deep understanding of web development on a global scale.">
  • Experience as a frontend lead on development teams.">
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.">
