Digital Transformation Leader for Global Capital Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division at Euroclear. This role is responsible for leading the squad in delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and/or as an IT Project Manager, with excellent spoken and written English skills. They will be analytical, methodical, and results-oriented, with strong inter-personal skills and good presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Squad Leadership: Define stories definition of ready and definition of done with the squad, manage product backlog, prioritize items in the product backlog, refine features together with the TPO/Epic Owner, and facilitate the demonstration at the end of a sprint.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks, such as compliance, security, procurement/finance/licenses, with a holistic and end-to-end approach.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of all stakeholders, assess and demonstrate value delivered at squad level, and ensure that value delivered is always in line with business needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or as an IT Project Manager.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Analytical, methodical, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to operate in a changing environment and participate in change.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and good presentation skills.
