While cultural compatibility is vital, excellent English proficiency (C1 level minimum) is necessary due to our primary client base from the USA. Polish language fluency (C1 level minimum) is also required, as internal team communication primarily uses Polish. A minimum of two years of experience in an IT company, preferably in a managerial position with relevant skillset, is required.

Terms of Collaboration
  • Flexibility in remote work arrangements is possible, but working mainly in our office at Zabłocie 43B in Cracow is expected.
  • This is a full-time position. Schedules may need to be adjusted for meetings.
  • We are open to negotiations regarding employment contracts.
  • The provided salary ranges are subject to negotiation based on individual skills and experience.
