We're seeking a Senior Solution Architect with expertise in designing, documenting, and presenting bespoke solutions that address unique challenges and opportunities within these industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of cutting-edge IoT solutions tailored for various industries, addressing key challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical architectures, and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to clients' decision-makers and architects, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technology strategies and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development.

About You:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and developing IoT solutions or Integration solutions based on event-driven architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, with a strong emphasis on creating robust and scalable solutions.
  • Extensive experience and practical knowledge of IoT technologies, real-time data integration, and streaming.
  • Strong understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of IoT industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS, with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in a cloud-native environment.
  • Experience in solution selling and consulting is highly desirable, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients' decision-makers.
